I test m-shell v2.02 it's vary good soft wear for mobile and now we can write any program for each needs.

The abillity to compile stand-alone apps was just what I was thinking about now when I tried v2.02.

Will there be a library to consume a webservice? Perhaps someone already have written such a lib and would like to license it for a fee?

I've purchased Carbide c++ from Nokia but I haven't had the time to really dive into the nasty sea they call S60. I just found mShell and I'm certain it will fill my needs (except for the webservice part for now).
